Gerald Primer aka James Perna passes away.

Just 1 day after the fake last will is created, in what would appear to be a very strangely timed coincidence - Gerald Primer vomits blue and dies minutes later in Michael’s arms.

At the time of his death Gerald Primer aka James Perna has an estimated net worth over $10,000,000 in assets, property, classic cars, tools, equipment and business.

Joseph fraudulently sells to himself and Matthew Perna the house that minor brother Emilio (youngest son of Gerald Primer) and his mother reside in Middle Village Queens. The building is owned by a family friend.

Brothers Joseph and Matthew Perna are deposed, along with witnesses and alleged personal friends of Joseph Perna’s: Samuel Martins, Kevin Kleinbub and Ari Weiss.

Joseph Perna names himself the Chief Executive Officer of Primer Construction. The company and its assets are technically owned by the Gerald Primer Estate.

Joseph & Matthew Perna sell the property (where their 8 year old brother was living) in Middle Village Queens to an unsuspecting buyer for $720,000. The proceeds of this house are still in the possession of Joseph and Matthew - the rightful owner of the house was a family friend of the late Gerald Primer and his ex-wife.

Mortgage fraud. Matthew Perna signed as President of Primer Construction Corp. and Joseph Perna signed as President of Goldwater and Co Inc. in order to obtain a mortgage/loan on 180 Maspeth Avenue. Joseph and Matthew named themselves as Presidents. These companies belong to the Gerald Primer Estate.
